These Terms of Service govern your use of the CarbonNest Baltic platform operated by CarbonNest Baltic OÜ.

Service Description

CarbonNest provides automated carbon footprint calculation and reporting tools for buildings in the Baltic region. The platform converts energy consumption data into CO₂ equivalent emissions using locally-calibrated emission factors.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate building and energy data
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws

Limitation of Liability

Carbon calculations are provided as estimates based on publicly available emission factors. CarbonNest is not liable for regulatory decisions made based on our reports. Always verify critical submissions with a certified auditor.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
